Hello my name is Becky and i’m the brains behind Fittie FODMAP London.
I am a 30 something Londoner with a huge interest in food, health, wellbeing and fitness. I love lifting weights and work out 5-6 times a week. I enjoy trying new fitness classes across London (and beyond).
I am currently on the FODMAP diet to help with the symptoms of IBS and gut health in general. I set up this blog to help others on the FODMAP diet. I love finding new recipes and restaurants to try, as the diet can feel very restrictive sometimes. So any suggestions welcome!!
