Buy Low Fodmap is an online supermarket with only Low Fodmap products on!! It was set up around 6 months ago and delivers to the whole of the UK. Its a one stop shop for Low Fodmappers and makes shopping so much easier!!
Buy Low Fodmap kindly sent me some low Fodmap products from their online store to try, and incorporate into my diet.
First up is the Clearspring Organic Brown Rice Amazake, which is gluten free, dairy free, vegan and has no added sugar. I personally have never heard of it before (if you have tried it, let me know in the comments below). It is a sweet dessert and is easy to make. The fact it is low fodmap is so exciting!!
Next up are the Eskal Gluten Free Ice Cream Cones – these are going to be perfect for summer evenings, with a scoop of Halo Top ice cream. I think a few people I know picked these up last year at the Allergy and Free From Show, and I have heard good things. They are also dairy and wheat free, and vegan.
Gluatamel are brand I hadn’t come across before. I love bread you can bake at home, as there is nothing better than warm, fresh bread. So these gluten free petits pains look great!!
And last but by no means least, are the Yu & Mi Dried Konyaku Noodles. Buy Low Fodmap has been a learning experience for me as I have never heard of Konyaku noodles either! They are actually a low fodmap vegetable and half of this pack is 32 calories!
All you do, is leave them to rest in boiling water for 5 minutes and then rinse, and add them to your dish. Perfect for someone who doesn’t like cooking! They are gluten free and vegan.
