Station 26 is located in Brixton, in the heart of Brixton Market. It is a small but cute restaurant, with a handful of tables inside and outside the restaurant.
I went along for brunch on a Saturday morning, with my friends Alice, Katrina and Emily. We booked a table to make sure we could get a seat (as we didn’t want to miss out on GF food!!).
The menu is 100% gluten free, which is always a great start on the low Fodmap diet. Brunch is served from 11am to 3pm. The menu is actually quite extensive for such a small kitchen.
I chose to have poached eggs, salmon and spinach on a gluten free brioche bun. It was all good food with great flavours.
Unfortunately they only have soya milk as a dairy free alternative, so I couldn’t get my morning caffeine kick.
I also ordered halloumi fries on the side, as they were free from onion and garlic. These were delicious!!
The staff were all very friendly and happy to adapt dishes for us.
