This recipe is easy, quick and delicious!! Only takes around 6 minutes per taco. Why don’t you give it a try!!
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 170g of 5% fat beef mince
- 2 gluten free warburtons white wraps
- 2 handfuls of lettuce
- 2 squares of light burger cheese (I used Sainsburys own)
- Tomato ketchup (or any sauce you like with your burger)
Method;
- Roll the mince into 2 small balls and then place it onto the wraps and flatten it (as far out to the perimeter as possible).
- Add the wrap to a greased frying pan and cook for two minutes on both side.
- With the mince facing upwards, add the cheese slice, and then add a lid on top of the pan. Cook for another 1 min until the cheese starts to melt.
- Slice the lettuce and add it on top of the wraps.
- Add any sauce/s you want and enjoy!
