The Launch of MoveGB

I was invited to the launch of the MoveGB app in London Bridge this week. The launch included a Hiit session run by Virgin Active followed by a yoga class with Cat Meffan.

To top it all off, the night would be DJ’ed by the one and only Artful Dodger! In my teens I was obsessed with garage – so this really was a dream!!

MoveGB were founded in 2013, and are now one of the fastest growing fitness companies in the world.

They have 35,000 activities in over 5,500 venues across the country. The app allows you to try different classes in your local area and beyond, with no membership needed!

I arriving at the venue for the launch and we were greeted by a bar full of drinks from J.F.Rabbit and Fiji water.

The workout started with 30 minutes of hiit from Virgin Active, including a mix of burpees, press ups, jumping jacks, and other body weight exercises.

After a short break we then moved on to a stretch and cool down yoga session with Cat. It was a great class and really helped me after my two workouts during the day!! I am often rushing around and don’t have time to stretch, so I find some

Yoga now and again does me good.

Whilst all this was going on we had Artful Dodger DJ’ing and MC’ing live in front of us!! The atmosphere was amazing and the music really got my energy going.

Thank you to MoveGB for inviting me and letting me experience this awesome evening! Also thank you to all the sponsors including Neat Nutrition who fuelled my journey home.
